When application for multifamily dwelling is submitted, the following information is required:
(a) Legal or site description of real estate involved;
(b) Location and size of any buildings or structures on the lot to be improved, as well as other buildings or structures on adjoining real estate within 25 feet of the lot to be improved;
(c) Width and length of all entrances and exits to and from the real estate;
(d) Any building or structure on the lot to be improved that will be moved, altered, demolished or otherwise changed during construction shall be clearly marked on the plot plan;
(e) All dimensions shall be figured and shown accurately. Plot plan will be drawn to scale;
(f) All adjacent and adjoining roads, highways or alleys;
(g) A list of all existing rights-of-way or easements, both presently in force or proposed; and
(h) The site plan or copy that accompanies the building permit will remain as a permanent record and filed with the city.
