(a) The minimum lot size per unit shall be 1,200 square feet, but in no case will a multiple-family dwelling be erected on a lot of less than 7,200 square feet.
(b) The ground floor area shall not cover more than 40% of lot area.
(c) The building shall not be located closer than ten feet from any side or rear boundary lines.
(d) The building shall not be located closer than 20 feet from the front of the building to the street.
(e) The maximum building height will be no more than 35 feet without express written consent from Council. Building height will not create an objectionable condition to the neighborhood or create unsafe conditions due to proper fire protection.
(f) There shall be one and one-half parking spaces per unit or 300 square feet.
