§ 1713.06 FEES FOR PERMITS.
   (a)   The following fees, or another amount set by Council from time to time, shall be charged for permits to demolish, erect, reconstruct, repair, remodel, improve or structurally alter any building or addition, or property within the city:

   (b)   All building permit fees will be paid in full prior to approval of the permit by Council. A copy of the receipt will be attached to the building permit upon application to Council.
   (c)   In the event the construction or activity stated in the building permit is not completed under normal circumstances, by the date specified on the building permit, then the permit fee may be forfeited to the city and a new permit required.
