§ 139.17 VIOLATIONS.

(a) Any member of the Police Department violating any provision of this chapter may be suspended or dismissed at the discretion of the Chief of Police.

(b) In addition to the rules and regulations set forth in this chapter, the laws of the state, city ordinances and federal laws pertaining to and affecting police officers shall be enforced.
