§ 1385.06 APPLICATION AND STANDARDS FOR VARIANCES.
   A variance from the terms of this ordinance shall not be granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals unless and until a written application for a variance is submitted to the Administrative officer or Board of Zoning Appeals containing:
   (a)   Name, address and phone number of the applicant;
   (b)   Legal description of property;
   (c)   Descriptive nature of the variance requested;
   (d)   A narrative statement demonstrating that the requested variance conforms to conditions outlined in § 1385.05(d) in which special conditions exist which are peculiar to the land, structure or building in question and do not result from the actions of the applicant; and
   (e)   Application fees as established by the City Council.
