§ 1385.03 QUORUM AND OFFICIAL ACTION.

A majority of members of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall constitute a quorum. No action of the Board shall be official unless authorized by a majority of all members of the Board. Any action of the Board which constitutes a reversal of the Administrative or Zoning Officer requires approval by four Board members.
