§ 1385.01 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (a)   A Board of Zoning Appeals shall be established in accordance with W.Va. Code §§ 8-24-51 et seq.
   (b)   The word “Board” in this article shall mean the Board of Zoning Appeals.
