§ 139.10 WITNESSES, FEES, REWARDS.
   (a)   Every member of the Police Department shall appear as a witness in a prosecution for a violation of a city ordinance or any state or federal law, if directed to do so by a Police Judge, Magistrate, Prosecuting Attorney, Chief of Police or any lawful process as directed by law.
   (b)   (1)   No member of the Department shall retain any fee for service as witness in any action or suit to which the city is a party.
      (2)   Any fees paid for such services shall be turned over to the Police Chief, who shall deposit same with the City Manager.
   (c)   No member of the Department shall receive or cause to be received any gift, regard or bribe in any form for services rendered, and shall report to the Chief any such attempts.
