§ 1377.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMITS.

Applications for permits shall be made to the Code Enforcement Officer on such forms as may be provided by the City. Each application shall contain information deemed necessary by the Code Enforcement Officer to ensure that the proposed activity is in full compliance with all requirements of this ordinance.
