§ 139.09 REPORTS.
   (a)   Every member of the Police Department shall keep an accurate and up-to-date report of all activities and investigations on the officers daily log, which shall be left on the Chief’s desk at the end of each officer’s shift.
   (b)   No member of the Department shall make or cause to be made any false statement, oral or written, to or concerning the Department.
   (c)   No member of the Department shall give out or release any information concerning the affairs, business or operation of the Police Department without consent of the Chief.
