§ 139.03 SUPERVISION.

As Department head, the Chief of Police shall have supervision over all officers and members. Next in order of authority shall be the Sergeant, followed by the patrol officer first class, which shall be followed by the patrol officers, ranked in order of seniority, unless otherwise designated by the Chief of Police.
