(a) All developments in all zoning districts, except for the central business core of the C-2 Community Commercial District as shown on the Zoning Map, shall provide a sufficient number of parking spaces to accommodate the number of vehicles that ordinarily are likely to be attracted to the development under consideration. The basis for determining the required number of parking spaces shall be the Table of Parking Requirements of this ordinance.
(b) The number of spaces required shall also include accessible spaces adjacent to accessible routes in compliance with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards and further outlined in § 1353.11.
(c) It is recognized by Council that the Table of Parking Requirements as set forth cannot cover every possible situation that may arise, and therefore in cases not specifically covered the permit-issuing authority is authorized to determine the parking requirement using the table as a guide.
