The following uses shall be permitted as regulated by Article 1349, Conditional Uses of this ordinance and Part Seventeen, Building and Housing Code of the codified ordinances of the city:
(a) Parks, playgrounds, golf courses, public and private recreational uses;
(b) Marinas;
(c) Cemeteries;
(d) Game, wildlife, and nature study preserves and reservations;
(e) Flood control, water treatment facilities, municipal public works; and
(f) Structures, monuments or sites for the interpretation of Philippi’s heritage.
