§ 1333.09 DEFINITIONS.
   The following words and phrases, when used in this article, shall for the purpose of this article, have the meaning respectively ascribed to them in this article, except where the context requires otherwise.
   (a)   “Small hotel” means a building containing less than or equal to two stories, with not more than 30 rooms (including rooms for rent by travelers, and rooms used as the motel/hotel office, lobby, laundry, utility, small conference room and the like, but not including bathrooms.
