The area illustrated in the “Zoning Map for Philippi” is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:
(a) Residential Districts.
(1) R-1 Single-Family Residential;
(2) R-2 Multifamily Residential;
(3) R-3 Mid-Rise Apartment Residential; and
(4) HR-O Historic Residential-Office.
(b) Commercial Districts.
(1) C-1 Neighborhood Commercial;
(2) C-2 Community Commercial; and
(3) C-3 Highway Commercial.
(c) Industrial District. I-1 Industrial District; and
(d) Conservation and Open Space District. COS Conservation and Open Space District.
