§ 133.16 ABSENCE FROM CITY.

In the event that the City Manager shall be absent from the city, incapacitated from performing the duties of his or her position, or there is a vacancy in the position, the Assistant City Manager shall act as City Manager during such absence, incapacity or vacancy.
