§ 1111.02 AUTHORITY.

(a) By the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, and the Code of W. Va. Code Chapter 16, Article I and Public Health Laws, State Bureau for Public Health Chapter I, Article SB, the water purveyor has the primary responsibility for preventing water from unapproved sources, or any other substances, from entering the public potable water system.

(b) The city’s Water Department rules and regulations are adopted by the city.
