(a) Availability. Available to industrial consumers within the entire territory served by the city, subject to the established Rules and Regulations for Electric Service.
(b) Applicability. Applicable to new customers with a minimum load of 200 kW or to existing customers that increase existing load as of January 1, 1999 by 200 kW or more.
(c) Character of service. Single-phase or multi-phase service at the city’s standard available voltages delivered through one meter.
(d) Monthly rate.

(e) Fuel-adjustment provision. Each month the charges calculated in accordance with the above rate will be increased or decreased by an amount equal to the wholesale fuel adjustment per kWh billed the city by the city’s wholesale supplier divided by 0.97. If information of the wholesale fuel cost is not available in time for billing each month, the city may charge an estimated amount to be corrected in the next billing period.
(f) Minimum monthly bill. The minimum monthly bill shall be the higher of the following:
(1) $500; or
(2) The minimum monthly charge specified in the contract for service.
(g) Delayed payment penalty. The above rates are net, the gross rates being approximately 2% higher. In the event the bill is not paid in full on or before the twentieth day after the date the bill is rendered, the gross rates shall apply.
(h) Terms. Service on this schedule is not available for less than one year. Temporary service is available on the city’s applicable rate.
