§ 929.13 EMERGENCIES.
   (a)   The company will use reasonable diligence in furnishing electric service, but the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense sustained caused by interruption, deficiency, variation or other failure of electric services caused by any acts of God, public enemies, accidents, fuel shortages, labor disputes, riots, wars, orders or acts of civil or military authority, breakdowns of or damage to equipment or facilities of the Company, or any cause other than gross negligence or willful neglect on the part of the Company.
   (b)   The Company may, without liability therefor, interrupt or suspend service to any or all of its customers whenever, in its sole judgment, such action is required to limit or prevent any actual or threatened disturbance or instability on the electric system of the Company or any interconnected system.
