§ 929.09 RESALE.

(a) It is expressly understood and agreed that the electric service to be delivered by the Company to the customer is not to be resold for any purpose except by written consent to the Company.

(b) The Company does not undertake to furnish service for any electric light or power companies other than those it owns, controls or operates.
