§ 929.08 CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (a)   The Company is in no way responsible for damages arising from any error or defect in the wiring of the customer. All wiring is to be in accordance with the regulations of the National Board of Fire Underwriters, the National Electrical Safety Code or municipal authority having jurisdiction.
   (b)   The Company shall have the right at all reasonable hours to enter the premises of the customer for the purpose of installing, removing, reading, testing, replacing or otherwise disposing of its apparatus and property, and the right of entire removal of the Company’s property in the event of the termination of the contract for any cause.
   (c)   (1)   The customer is to install only such motors or other apparatus or appliances as are suitable for operation with the specific character of service supplied by the Company, and which will not be detrimental to same and the electric service is not to be used in such a manner as to cause unprovided for voltage fluctuations or disturbances in the Company’s distributing system.
      (2)   The Company will be the judge as to the suitability of apparatus or appliances to be connected to its lines, and as to whether the operation of such apparatus or appliances will be detrimental to its general service; subject to determination by the Public Service Commission of the state in case of controversy.
