§ 919.04 SOLICITATION OF PATRONAGE.
   No person in any street or highway or upon any sidewalk or footway shall engage in obstructing passage along or upon the same, by catching hold of or soliciting any person or in any way interfering with his or her free passage along any of the streets, highways, sidewalks or footways, for the purpose of inducing or compelling him or her to buy any article or thing which such solicitor may have for sale, whether in possession or from any store or stand, or patronize any hotel, inn, boardinghouse or other place of entertainment or amusement.
