§ 915.05 ASSESSMENTS AS DEBT DUE CITY; LIEN ON PROPERTY.

All costs apportioned among abutting property owners or by another assessment method as provided for in § 915.04, shall be a debt due the city and collectible in any court of competent jurisdiction, and in addition shall be a lien upon the property of the owner.
