§ 777.06 UNLAWFUL REFUSAL OF PAYMENT.

It shall be unlawful for any municipal service user to refuse to pay the municipal service charges herein provided. It shall also be unlawful for any municipal service user to aid or abet another municipal service user in avoiding the payment of the municipal service charges herein imposed.
