§ 777.04 DUE DATE; DEFAULT.
   All municipal service charges shall be due and payable in the office of the City Manager within ten days after bills for said charges have been mailed. A penalty of 10% shall be added to such charges if not paid within the ten-day period. If default continues for a period of more than 30 days, an additional 10% penalty shall be added for each and every 30-day period, or a fraction thereof, that such municipal service charges remain unpaid.
