§ 115.07 QUORUM; SUMMONING OF ABSENT MEMBERS.

Three or more members of Council shall constitute a quorum. In case a less number than a quorum shall convene at a regular or special meeting, the majority of the members present are authorized to send the Chief of Police or other person for any or all of the absent members.
