Whoever violates any provision of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each offense. In addition, anyone who violates this article by failing to remove any sale sign(s) as required herein shall, upon conviction, be fined $25 for each such sign. Each individual violation of a provision of the article shall constitute an additional, separate and distinct offense.
