§ 529.99 PENALTY.

(a) General penalty: whoever violates any provision of this article for which no other penalty is provided shall upon conviction be fined not more than $500. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates §§ 529.01(a) or 529.02(a), upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $100.
