§ 513.99 PENALTY.

(a) General penalty: whoever violates any provision of this article for which no other penalty is provided upon conviction shall be fined not more than $500. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates §§ 513.04 or 513.06 upon conviction shall be fined not more than $100.
