Any reasonable costs incurred by the Chief Animal Control Officer in seizing, impounding, confining or disposing of any dangerous or wild animal, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 507.14, 507.05, 507.06 or 507.10 shall be charged against the owner, keeper or harborer of such animal shall be collected by the City Clerk.
