§ 105.13 CONTESTED ELECTIONS.

All contested elections shall be heard and determined by the Common Council in existence at the time the election is held, and the contest shall be made and conducted as provided for by state statutes for county and district offices, and the Council by their proceedings in such cases, shall, as nearly as is practicable, conform to similar proceedings of the County Commission in such cases.
