§ 105.11 ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEMS.

(a) The Common Council adopts for use in all city elections the electronic voting system which has been adopted for use by the County Commission upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon between the County Commission and the city.

(b) The provisions of W.Va Code Article 3-4A et seq., relating to electronic voting systems, shall, insofar as applicable, apply to city elections.
