§ 505.09 DOGS AND CATS PROHIBITED FROM RUNNING AT LARGE.

No dog or cat, whether wearing a license tag or not, shall be permitted, to run at large within the city at any time. Any dog or cat found running at large in violation of this section shall be subject to impoundment.
