§ 379.01 TITLE.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Prohibiting the Use of All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) in the City of Philippi, West Virginia Without a Special Permit; Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof”, and shall be referred to herein as “this article”.
