(a) Regulation. The parking of any vehicle at Blue and Gray Park shall be limited to a maximum length of time of two hours, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the city.
(b) Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction before the proper officials of the city, be assessed a fine of not more than $50, and any costs associated with prosecution.
