(a) General article penalty. Whoever violates any provision of this article for which no other penalty is provided upon a first conviction shall be fined not more than $100; upon a second conviction within one year thereafter shall be fined not more than $200; and upon a third or subsequent conviction, shall be fined not more than $500, or another such amounts as set by Council from time to time.
(b) Abandoned and junk vehicles. Whoever violates § 361.07, upon conviction shall be fined not more than $500.
