§ 345.30 CERTIFICATION LABELS ON MOPEDS.

   Every moped sold in this municipality shall have permanently affixed to it a certification label which shall contain the following information:

   (a)   Name of manufacturer;

   (b)   Month and year of manufacture;

   (c)   Gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR);

   (d)   Gross axle weight rating for front and rear axles (GAWR);

   (e)   Vehicle identification number;

   (f)   Classification type; and

   (g)   Statement of conformance to federal standards as required by federal law.
