§ 165.01 CREATION OF AUTHORITY.

There is created hereby a Regional Airport Authority, as described and authorized in the West Virginia Code, to be known and designated as the “Barbour County Regional Airport Authority”. As used hereinafter, the term “Authority” means the Regional Airport Authority hereby created. The Authority shall have such powers and authorities as described in the Act.
