§ 152.03 APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS.

The City Manager is hereby directed to appoint five persons as Commissioners of the Housing Authority, and such Commissioners, when so appointed, shall proceed to act in accordance with the purposes of this article and the laws of the state.
