§ 152.02 AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED.

It is hereby determined that there is a need for the creation of a public corporate body in the city, to be known as the Philippi Housing Authority, and such Housing Authority shall be comprised of five Commissioners with the terms, powers, duties, functions and authority provided for in W.Va. Code Article 16-15.
