§ 147.03 POWERS AND DUTIES.

From and after the time when the Planning Commission shall have organized and selected its officers and shall have adopted its rules of procedure, then such Planning Commission shall have all powers, duties and responsibilities set forth in the West Virginia Urban and Rural Planning and Zoning Act (W.Va. Code Chapter 8, Article 24), and any amendments thereto.
