When the Park and Recreation Board assumes the duty and responsibility of operating the recreation facilities, it shall appoint a Clerk or Treasurer to receive and disburse the moneys that shall come into the recreation fund and shall require the Clerk or Treasurer to give a fiduciary bond in a penalty at least equal to the maximum amount of money which shall be in his or her hands at any one time and conditioned according to law. The Commission may also require a fiduciary bond with a proper penalty for any and all employees of the Commission which shall handle any money in connection with the recreation projects.
