(a) The Park and Recreation Board shall assume full duty and responsibility for the operation, management and control of the following recreation facilities:
(1) Dayton Park;
(2) Proposed extension of Dayton Park leased from the County Board of Education;
(3) North Philippi Park;
(4) Property from Jesse Greene in North Philippi;
(5) Covered Bridge Roadside Park;
(6) Recreation equipment at Mansfield School;
(7) All facilities used for recreation or entertainment in the Philippi City Building, including, but not limited to, the gymnasium, the entire basement complex including weight room, showers, kitchen and the entire large room areas, Scout room and the like; and
(8) Any and all other recreation facilities now owned but not separately set out and future acquired facilities or equipment beginning on May 1, 1982, and continuing thereafter in perpetuity unless the Board is dissolved in accordance with W.Va. Code Article 10-2.
(b) The Board shall manage and operate the aforesaid facilities in accordance with W.Va. Code Article 10-2.
