§ 145.01 ESTABLISHED; MEMBERS.

Pursuant to the authority vested in the Council by W.Va. Code Article 10-2 there is hereby created a Board to be known as the Park and Recreation Board. It shall consist of seven qualified voters of the city appointed by Council.
