Members of the Fire Department are authorized to go outside the corporate limits of the city for the purpose of rendering aid to the other fire departments, or of extinguishing fires or rendering aid in the case of accident, and as provided by mutual agreement of the County Court and the city’s Volunteer Fire Department.
