§ 14-2109. Penalties.

   (1)   In addition to other penalties provided by the Code, any subdivision of land in violation of the terms of this Chapter is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and the appropriate officers of the City are hereby authorized to institute any appropriate action or proceeding to restrain or abate such violation.
