§ 14-2108.  Records and Review.
   (1)   The Commission shall keep a record of its findings, decisions, variances and recommendations relative to all subdivision applications filed with it. All such records shall be public records.
   (2)   Any person aggrieved by any administrative decision of any employee of the Commission, with respect to any interpretation or requirement of any provision of this Chapter shall have the right to a review by the Commission within 30 days of the mailing or communication of such decision. Any person requesting such review may appear before the Commission in person or by agent or attorney.
