§ 14-1602.  Cemeteries.
   (1)   Location. No cemetery or place for burial shall be erected, kept, maintained, or established within the City unless:
      (a)   It was established and in use for such purpose on the twenty-fifth day of May, 1866; or
      (b)   It was heretofore or is hereafter specifically authorized by ordinance.
