§ 14-1005.  Sign Regulations.
   Within the district, all signs shall comply with the following requirements:
   (1)   A free-standing accessory advertising sign and/or public service sign indicating not more than the name, address, corporate logo, or purpose of the establishment, featured attractions and the dates thereof, not exceeding thirty-five (35) feet in height nor more than two sign faces of two hundred fifty (250) square feet each in area shall be permitted for each building in the district;
   (2)   A free-standing accessory advertising sign and/or public service sign not exceeding thirty-five (35) feet in height above the average street level on which it fronts, with no more than two sign faces of one thousand two hundred (1200) square feet each may be erected for each street frontage of the district, provided that more than one sign may be erected along a single street frontage so long as the total number of signs does not exceed the number of signs permitted in the district;
   (3)   Free-standing traffic directional signs shall be permitted;
   (4)   Accessory and/or public service wall signs shall be permitted for each building provided the sign does not exceed two (2) square feet for each linear foot of building width along a street frontage, provided that in the case of multiple street frontages, this sign area shall be computed and based on only one street frontage.
