§ 14-1004.  Area Regulations.
   (1)   Distances from lot lines. All buildings, structures and parking facilities within the district shall comply with the following set-back requirements:
      (a)   No building shall be erected within three hundred feet (300) from any residential district; provided
      (b)   No building shall be erected within two hundred (200) feet from any lot line fronting on a street which is opposite to a residential district which is also a street line when there is a residential classification on the opposite side of the street, provided that this shall apply only to the opposite sides of the same block; further provided
      (c)   That security buildings or ticket booths, not exceeding fourteen (14) feet in height nor one hundred fifty (150) feet in area may be erected with a minimum set-back of twenty-five feet from the lot line; and
      (d)   Surface parking areas shall not be located within one hundred fifty feet from any residential district.
